Duet

It may look like Reid
was crying...
but I think
that he was
singin' the blues...

Leaves

Reid LOVES to drive.
I think he would stay in the
car ALL day if we let him.

We visited Aunt Annette, Jenny and Lizzy
for some fun.
All 3 babies were wearing the
same size G diapers.
(Thanks Jenny)

Friends

Reid was SO excited
when I threw
leaves up in the air.

Lizzy had fun playing

Eli put up with us
laying him in the leaves.

All 3 in the double
stroller. :)

Lizzy did a face plant
in the pile of leaves....

and then they stuck to her face...:)

Trying to get them off
of her face.

It was a fun day of playing.

A trip to the farm

We visited Wolfe's Neck Farm today.
Reid's first trip was when he was only 3 weeks old,
so it was much more fun this time.
I just wish he didn't try to eat the fences....YUCK!

This picture makes me laugh. :)

The tractor was a big hit.
He wasn't too happy
when he couldn't
drive it.

Reid really liked this goat.

Mom saved Eli
(and herself)
from the hot sun.

Dad and Reid talked with the rooster.

A Birthday celebration, cozy coupe and a lolly pop

We celebrated Steve's 30th birthday
with some General Tzo's chicken,
fried rice, cracker cake and cheese cake.

We got this cozy coupe for free.
Reid wouldn't get out
of it. :)

Something is wrong with the couch

We spilled some water on the couch today,
so in the process of cleaning up the mess,
 I vacuumed the whole couch
and removed all of the cushions.
Reid thought it was fun to crawl/run all over the cushion-less couch.
I love the look of study he has in this picture.
It's true to Reid's personality,
trying to figure out how everything works
or why it's changed from last time. :)

Reid's first trip to the ER

This weekend we stayed at camp to relax and enjoy the warm weather.
We invited our friends over for dinner and while we were cooking
the hamburgers, Reid touched the grill.
His right hand was burnt pretty badly.
We couldn't get him to calm down and from what we could tell
from Google, he had 2nd degree burns.
We decided that we needed to go to the ER.
He fell asleep on the way over and I carried him in to the ER,
half asleep. We were brought to a room to wait while Steve
filled out paper work etc.
By the time we were seen, Reid was acting more like himself.
He liked that we let him play with the remote and he chowed down
on crackers, since he hadn't eaten dinner.
He was a champ....he didn't like it when the DR put the bandage on
but once she stopped touching him, he kind of liked the "club" on his hand.
We left after about 2 hours at the hospital and went back to camp
to feed Reid some oatmeal and go to bed.
We were exhausted.
Reid was exhausted.
Eli just slept the whole time....well apart from a couple of meals in the ER.

OUCH
